In accordance with the requirements of the Environment and Safety Information Act 1988 the North Wales Fire and Rescue Authority (NWFRA) is obliged to enter details of certain notices called "relevant notices" into a register which the public have access to.

NWFRA provide details of issued notices to a national register managed by the National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC).

This national register provides details of enforcement, prohibition and alterations notices issued on businesses by the Fire and Rescue Authorities in England and Wales.
